UNI VANKE MALL

UNI Vanke MALL, located at No.66 Songze Avenue, Xujing Town, Qingpu Area, Hongqiao International Central Business District, is the first TOD mode multi-industry complex project developed by Shanghai Vanke in cooperation with Shentong Asset. It combines 100,000 square meters of commercial space and 100,000 square meters of office space. The lighting of the building façade is centered on the concept of “City in the Sky”, using light to simulate the natural sea of clouds. It takes the IP box as the convergence point and extends to the façade, creating a dreamy experience of walking on the sky.
