JINHUA DEVELOPMENT ZONE YANGTZE RIVER DELTA SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY INNOVATION INDUSTRIAL PARK INFRASTRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION

The project is located in the southwest of the downtown area of Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province – the eastern part of the Central Innovation District (South), with a total building area of 281,000m² within the scope of the architectural scheme design, and is one of the four major cores in the planning structure of this innovation zone, which is located in the clustering of science and technology innovation industry and modern service industry headquarters economy. The overall design concept of the project is based on regional culture, the first phase of the project is designed for the Lutang Unit of Jinhua Economic and Technological Development Zone (ZX-30-07-10/11/13), the maximum height of the tower construction area is 199.8m. It will become a super regional science and innovation complex, with a total building area of 281,000m², and a total building area of 280,000m² science and innovation complex.
