The project is located in the city – level center of Chongqing -The Central Park area. The planning is devoted to create a high quality sports theme community. Considering the surrounding urban space layout, the community sports engine and the neighborhood center is distributed in the core position to radiant throughout the community, so as to achieve full coverage of sports and business functions and fulfill the citizen’s exercising desires. This community is aimed to be the one-stop leisure destination including moving and the post-movement by creating three core sports activities— “Sports park “, “Sports theme commercial street” and “POST sports camp”. Besides, the residential configuration is also optimized by integrating the city space resources and two parks’ landscape resources.
