Dalian Vanke Moya Town

The project base is far from the main urban area, adjacent to the harbor, and the site has excellent ecological conditions. How to create abundant space under the premise of protecting the ecology, integrate the prosperity of the city core with the romantic style of the bay, and how to make the design more adaptable, so as to form a romantic humanized environment and living space; these thoughts run through our entire design process. Based on this, we call it ‘the White House by the sea’, the building is all white, creating a coastal courtyard life of ‘listening to the tide in the morning, watching the tide at dusk’. Here, white is not monotonous, not silent, romantic feeling sometimes does not need any color modification, to show the Mediterranean coastal town style.
