DOWELL Guanyun Mountain Villa Demonstration Area

This project is located in south of Baohua Mountain, backed by 4A national forest park . The site is surrounded by mountains and the one lake which covering a large area of natural landscape resources. The terrain of this site has a dispersion of almost 20 meters.

The key point of the design is focused on expressing the reclusion of Oriental Zen, integrating the original simplicity of Chinese resident into this project which at the halfway up the hill and building a sense emphasizing the ceremony of going home. The design is intended to bring comfortable living to its occupants, enhance the relationship with nature, and bring the view of heavenly, hazy mountain into the courtyard, thereby creating the ultimate peaceful place. It makes beautiful lives no longer imaged.
