The case is the owner’s first full authority development project, who is determined to make a blockbuster. In the world full of mass manufacturing products, the texture of handmade is gradually forgotten. However, the beauty of handmade is everlasting and one of the kind, as we hope to design an unique space for the residents. Therefore, the ornately caved doors in every hall can feel the warmth of handmade by the craftsmen. Every chandelier, by contrast with the gold foil ceiling, is also made by the designer, same as the sea world wall in the kids’ area. The building design and the quality of construction alone can’t contribute to a good development project. The coloring of interior design, details of furniture and choose of artwork all reflect not only the aesthetics of the owner and designer, but also their teamwork to make the project profound. All the visitors and even residents can feel the hard work of the designer’s team. Many visitors might thought the project must be pricy, yet after experience the whole work, they can feel the luxurious atmosphere and the dedication of the team. Not only the residents appraise the project as ‘well worth its value’, the owner also consider the project ‘a special experience in life.’ Eighty percent of the housing are sold out in nine months after the project launch.
