Media City UK Tomorrow

‘Tomorrow’ is a commercial office and hotel building which completes the scope of development forming MediaCityUK Phase 1.
In contrast to the neighbouring corporate office buildings occupied by the BBC and ITV, the 50,000 sq.ft office component of ‘Tomorrow’ adds to Peel Media’s portfolio of flexible, speculative office accommodation. The BREEAM Excellent building was opened on 29th September 2016 and was designed specifically to target media organisation and start up businesses looking for an alternative workplace environment. The building fulfils the ambitions of the Media City UK masterplan in defining to ‘the outside world’, the perception of this digital center for learning and creativity.
Our strategy has involved ‘fresh thinking’ so as to produce a fun and inviting building which will promote community involvement and engagement. The naturally ventilated building has been completed to a Cat A finish and is an exemplar of low carbon sustainable technology.
