Shanghai Bund Finance Centre

The Bund Finance Centre, one of the “honeycomb city” representative works of Fosun Property, is located at Huangpu District, Shanghai, China. As the first experiential mixed use financial center at the core financial zone of the Bund, it is jointly designed by Foster + Partners and Heather wick Studio. The project covers GFA of 420,000m2 with functions such as finance, commerce, tourism, culture, and art. It includes Grade-A office buildings, shopping centers, Fosun Foundation, and boutique hotel. The masterplan of the project features high degree of interconnection for visitors to walk freely across the project. The project is the junction connecting the old town and new financial zone. Inspired by urban environment, there are two landmark buildings of 180m at the south end of the plot and the river fronting buildings are different in heights, echoing the scale and style of the 19th century Bund buildings.
