Shanghai One Sino Park

Located in the south of the Huangpu District, Shanghai and adjacent to the Puxi section of the Shanghai World Expo, One Sino Park is a building complex of residences, office and commerce. In 2013, GOA was commissioned to design the project’s four high-rise residential buildings in the west, three multi-storey residential buildings in the south, No.11 office tower, No.18 and No.20 office buildings, and a set of multi-storey commercial buildings in the north. The overall design was complicated by the originally scattered buildings within the site。
