Sino-Ocean ‘Oriental World View’Sales Center at Wuhan

The Project is located in Guiyuan Buddhist Temple, hold by Sino-Ocean Real Estate. It aims to build a modern sales center of new housing development.The sales offices strive to create a commemorative urban scenery through tight cooperation with urban planning, architecture, landscape and interior design.
The conception of building design starts with “Zen”. Through rethinking the oriental philosophy, the sloping roof would be reinterpreted and reconstructed in order to bring the essence of buildings to an art of mountains-and-waters painting. The inner courtyards surrounded by five main buildings which foster a circulation line. It will take visitors gradually look around in a peaceful way as if walking into the painting.
