项目位于杭州良渚文化村西南端，群山环绕，
环境优越，设计采用“公共场所至邻里组团”
两级空间模式，将住宅分为大小、形态各不相
同的组团进行布局，形成从“叠拼别墅”到“低
层住宅”空间丰富，别具一格的居住格局。项
目地形南面低北面高，根据地势高差，我们利
用地下车库将地块均匀切分为四个不同标高的
台地，台地边缘的地下室可以完全打开。沿着
山脉，突破传统规划空间，地下室和顶层可以
上下连通形成双层庭院，从而创造出层次丰富
的视觉效果。

The project is located at the southwestern
end of 'Hangzhou Liangzhu Cultural Village',
surrounded by mountains, and has an
excellent environment. It is surrounded by
5,000 acres of mountains and waters and
a deep pit park of about 100,000 square
meters. The project adopts a two-level space 主创设计师
