          项目位于杭州良渚文化村西南端,群山环绕,
          环境优越,设计采用“公共场所至邻里组团”
          两级空间模式,将住宅分为大小、形态各不相
          同的组团进行布局,形成从“叠拼别墅”到“低
          层住宅”空间丰富,别具一格的居住格局。项
          目地形南面低北面高,根据地势高差,我们利
          用地下车库将地块均匀切分为四个不同标高的
          台地,台地边缘的地下室可以完全打开。沿着
          山脉,突破传统规划空间,地下室和顶层可以
          上下连通形成双层庭院,从而创造出层次丰富
          的视觉效果。
