项目位于无锡运河边的机床厂老厂区，一期将 of the relatively closed red brick factory 主创设计师
原有大厂房改造为商业及美术馆，本项目为二 building. Facing the canal, it is a bright and Chief Designer
期新建部分。考虑到周边有大量成熟住区，二 transparent glass body.
期整体定位为品质生活，强调文化及艺术特色。

结合项目的历史人文特质打造生活美学的博物 创始合伙人
港。建筑设计上以运河岸边的山岩和晶体为设 Xia Li
计理念，与一期较为封闭的红砖厂房呼应的是 Founding Partner
红色陶板的山体，面向运河是璀璨透明的玻璃
体，将运河美景尽收眼底，且面对运河有极强
的标识性。新建筑与原有厂房在质感、色彩上
有所延续，同时在整体形态上又有新生的力量
感。在建筑设计的同时在内部营造出了富有动
感和趣味的峡谷空间。

The project is located in the old factory
area of Wuxi machine tool factory beside
the canal. In the first phase, the original
large factory building will be transformed
into a commercial and art museum. The
project is a new part in the second phase.
Considering that there are a large number
of mature residential areas around, phase
II is positioned as quality life, emphasizing
cultural and artistic features. Combined with
the historical and cultural characteristics
of the project, build a museum port of life
aesthetics. In the architectural design, the
design concept is the rock and crystal on
the Bank of the canal, which corresponds
to the red ceramic plate of the first phase
