内外空间亦虚亦实，大区设计元素沿用建筑形态犹如江中行舟与船桨的结合。通过地理位置提 数面南且长达 12 公里优秀沙滩，外加老爷海的内海景致，将成为绝佳的世界级观点景观。 示范
