项目位于西宝高速至科技六路之间的沣河西岸，长 4 公里，宽 100-200 米宽，是进入西咸国际 这是一处市政森林公园旁的社区街角空间 , 建
文化教育园的东部门户。设计团队提出三大创新设计策略：①“古河道，新绿洲”——重构沣河 筑在短时间内是住宅示范区，未来将作为社区
及周边的生物多样性生境，让沉寂的河道焕发新的生机；②“大公园，微旅游”——将市政公园 幼儿园。这是设计团队对于示范区设计公共空
项目作为旅游目的地来打造，既解决了城市双修问题，又解决了旅游产品的构建问题；③“小生活， 间化的大胆尝试。毗邻森林公园，设计团队希
新模式”——赋予了市民以新生活方式，最终得以实践西咸新区的“创新城市发展模式”。 望将街角的景观与城市融合共生，还原公园的

of 'big park, micro tourism' was proposed, by establishing a new eco system and restoring
the degraded areas, turning the ordinary park into a new tourism destination. The park’s
innovative place-making initiatives creates a development model for locals to enjoy a
modernized, self-sustaining landmark of Xixian New Area.
