          Design Team                                                          交汇处,作为华润置地在华东商业的重要布
                                                                               局,破题昆山城市商业创新体验 2.0。项目从
          杨辉,Jenny Li                                                          2012 年就启动方案设计,到 2019 年底最终
                                                                               落成,总面积为 23.5 万平米,其中商业总建
                                                                               筑面积达 18.2 万平米,涵盖零售、餐饮、娱乐、
                                                                               儿童亲子等业态。设计亮点中,贴心的同层停
                                                                               车设计更是让消费者“下车即逛街”,室内中
                                                                               庭区域采用大跨度的“完美”无柱设计,让每
                                                                               个店家都能拥有极好的展示效果。

                                                                               KUNSHAN The MIXc City is located at the
                                                                               intersection of qianjin road and lucheng
                                                                               road, the main roads of kunshan. As an
                                                                               important commercial layout of China
                                                                               resources land in east China, it solves the
                                                                               problem of kunshan city business innovation
                                                                               experience 2.0. The project has been
                                                                               designed since 2012 and completed by the
                                                                               end of 2019, with a total area of 235,000
                                                                               square meters, including a total commercial
                                                                               floor area of 182,000 square meters,
                                                                               covering retail, catering, entertainment,
                                                                               parent-child business and other formats. In
                                                                               the design highlights, the intimate design of
                                                                               the same floor parking is to let consumers
                                                                               "get off the car and go shopping", indoor
                                                                               atrium area with a large span of "perfect"
                                                                               column-free design, so that each store can
                                                                               have a very good display effect.
