本案是融臻品住宅、高端商业MALL、超5A写字楼于一体的复合综合体，是南京城市综合体的首发，
亦是鼓楼区目前品牌最强、配置最高的城市综合体。大区部分临湖而居，主力户型建筑面积约
110-165㎡，立面的平整而挺拔，外立面采用干挂石材，最大限度的做大开窗，整体现代简约通透，

进人尺度丰富细腻，营造出高格调的简法风格。
This case is a complex that integrates residential housing, high-end commercial malls, and
super 5A office buildings. It is the first launch of the Nanjing Urban Complex, and it is also
the urban complex with the strongest brand and highest configuration in Gulou District.
Demonstration area: inheriting the essence of French gardening, with a grand central axis
layout, to create a ritual returning order. Large area: Living near the lake, the main building
area is about 110-165 square meters, the facade is flat and straight. Rich and delicate,
