静安府——新静安 CBD 生活范本，由华润华发联袂打造。静安府以“将静安 CBD 繁华融于社区
之内”为规划理念，融合精工府邸、低密院墅、总部办公、情景街区等多元业态于一体。同时
社区内还规划了下沉式商业街、社区中央会所、高端生活集市等多重生活配套，提供全方位的
生活服务。造型采用创新“EARLY MODERN”建筑风格，院墅采用全石材干挂，仿紫铜铝板压边
设计 , 精工府邸主体外墙采用夹心外保温 PC 建造工艺，力求精益求精的同时体现高效环保的建
造理念。

Jing'an Prime Land - Model of CBD Life at New Jing'an, created by China Resources and
Huafa Group. Jing'an Prime Land takes "Mix life of Jingan CBD into the community" as the
planning concept, and integrates the diverse products such as High rise apartment, Villa,
Headquarters Office and Commercial street. At the same time, the community also plans a
variety of life support such as sunken commercial street, community central club, high-end
supermarket, at the same time we provide a full range of life services. The Architecture form
adopts the innovative "EARLY MODERN" architectural style. Curtain-wall of the courtyard villa
uses the method of all-stone dry hanging, and the imitation copper-aluminum plate pressing
design. Wall of High rise apartment insulation adopts PC construction technology, we always
strive for excellence and embodying, efficient and environmentally friendly construction
concept.
