本项目位于烟台，作为地产销售中心，单一的
销售功能已经难以满足时代要求，对社区未来
生活的全方位战略布局更为重要。幼儿园作为
社区必备配套空间成为“去售楼处化”的不二
选择，将后期改造工作量降到最低，实现空间
功能性转变。 ”我的世界“是这一次的创作
灵感，以海洋为主题的场景化设计，赋予空间
灵魂，以像素方块作为视觉传达元素，让孩子
们在游戏中去探索、发现、学习、成长、成为
本案核心，自由空间定位呈现寓教于乐的效果。

The project is located in Yantai. As a real
